WorkMate is an employee time-tracking and remote-monitoring software that lessens distraction and enhances time management and organizational skills to help you and your team get a lot more done each day. This system tracks the hours worked, tasks performed, keystrokes made, and websites, applications and screens used.

System generated reports, such as DTR, Accomplishment Report, and Work Analysis Report will provide performance data and rate employee "productivity level" more accurately.

You can create a project schedule for your team and the system monitors tasks assigned and due dates. How does WorkMate work?

  • WorkMate will be installed to desktops or laptops of users. To maximize its features, information such as permanent tasks and deadlines, project schedules, productive and unproductive apps and websites, among others, will be requested for entry. Basically, data will be customized for each individual or user.
  • Users can then use their computers to log in and out for the DTR (Daily Time Recorder) feature. While logged-in, the system will track the applications and websites being used. Notifications will be sent to the manager once the user goes to sites or apps that are considered unproductive.
  • Depending on the interval set by the client, the system will take screenshots and store them in our database for ready access. Also, every time the PC is idle for a period of time set by the client, for example no keyboard or mouse action, the system will gently nudge the user and ask if the user is working. If no reply is done, the system will mark the user as “on break.”
  • During Project Management meetings, clients can use our provided template, where assignments or tasks can be entered and automatically posted to assigned persons’ calendar and task panel.
  • Detailed reports for manager’s analysis will be provided showing total hours worked, time spent on tasks, websites and apps, and a lot more.
